Mike is a passionate person, passionate about people, ideas, business, music, leadership, learning new skills and seeing others grow. However, He is most passionate about using his strengths to help Entrepreneurs develop and grow their businesses to fit their vision.

Professional Background:
Mike Adams has founded 10 companies over the last 30 years including retail, distribution, business systems, services and e-commerce.  Since 1989, Mike has been researching the dynamics of applied leadership and business strategy relative to its effects on the nature of business for his book “Leadership Bias Constraints.”

Career Highlights:
SSI, Founder and CEO - Software pioneer in the Barcode AutoID industry in the design and development of software tools and ERP business applications utilizing Wireless RF technologies.

Wintercamp Technologies, Founder and CEO – Mike is the inventor of the DCMS programming language for wireless RF terminals, fixed station devices, bar code printers and bar code driven inventory applications. These systems provide some of the foundational technology still in use today.

BCS Engineering, Founder and CEO – Designed developed and implemented WMS (warehouse management system) and wireless PDA based remote order applications for the dotcom industry.

ma Consulting and Emerald Business Services, Consultant and Business Coach - Business consulting, strategic planning and operations management advisory services. Mike built three online retail superstores utilizing expertise in Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing and Integrated Marketing. EBS is the creator of the “V3 Strengths Leadership Coaching System” which utilizes industry standard psychometric testing to guide business executives in the development of leadership talents, skills and industry proficiencies.
